      Pros

      If you like a casual work atmosphere - casual dress and work flex - it would be a good environment for you.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is often spoke to - but it is lip service. As is the "open door" policy that is promoted by all in management. But if you go higher than your immediate manager with a complaint - you are redirected back to the manager you were complaining about. Not very effective. Also, the promotion structure is very "cliquish"....individuals who are in management roles - by default - a last man standing sort of situation.
