      - Beeline puts a lot of emphasis on its culture with visible and positive results across the staff. Employees like working for the company and several have long tenure records - There is important flexibility and balance around work/life - CEO and senior leadership is close to perfect; the company is in strong hands - People are typically friendly and eager to help out in tough situations and projects

      - Further career opportunities within the company are not always crystal clear, while personal and team goals may appear standard and not uniquely conceptualized - Although not a con per se, compensation and benefits could be a little higher and more extensive given Beeline's great public profile
