Good local company to work for home every night

Definitely a versatile company with numerous accounts Nationwide and also a dedicated account to local company that has various loads to haul if you want to work you can make money if you want to be a slacker you won't make very much it's all up to the individual how he or she wants to work, also multiple divisions to suit various individual, owner ops. Otr,& local drivers

Cons

Local account runs two 12 hr. Shifts. Hoping your relief shows up on time instead of showing up when they feel like it.

Pros

Local work, close to home and your income is based on your productivity.. how hard you work determines how much you earn. Management and office staff are absolutely down to earth and friendly. The dispatchers on the local dedicated account are absolute gems! Have varied opportunities outside the local account especially for owner operators ( flatbed OTR, oversized, specialized, sand can for oil wells etc)

Cons

None whatsoever except You have to work alongside drivers who complain constantly yet don’t want to put effort into their job.
