Not so great

Pros

Lots of cases and hrs for BT because people are constantly quitting

Cons

Constant deny of PTOs, you can only get a day off when you call in the morning to say you are sick. No respect for you when changing in case or your schedule. The starting salary is $21, way too low to make a living in a expensive city

Pros

understanding if you cancel sessions here and there, especially if you are good at what you do,

Cons

Overworked, and covid ruined the whole system. Case managers stayed home while the real workers had to go into homes and continue session. The BT's had to use their own devices to have their case manager watch from the comfort of their own home.

Pros

Pay raise every 3 months. Will get promoted and supported if you show willingness to learn more. Company will support your educational goals with partnership programs. Good benefits

Cons

Having clients cancel or non consistent clients which impacts your pay. Scheduling department is difficult to get into contact with sometimes.
