Pros

Support with immediate supervisors, great clients, techniques to always improve skills, people are good to work with, college discount, move up within the company.

Cons

Pay is in lower end for case managers. Too much work and pay is lower.

Pros

Tuition reduction for grad school, supportive BCBA's (if you're in a good region) some are very black and white, by the book and not supportive or understanding.

Cons

Upper management is money hungry for their own personal benefit and will push their most hard working and loyal employees to the bone. Lower pay compared to most ABA companies. NO GROWTH for BT's who are in their masters program for ABA. Company is no longer a three tier system which hurts BT's in grad school looking for experience and growth. Frequent cancellations. Upper management is only interested in billable hours. Not much support, or positive reinforcement to BT's, incentives or a happy environment. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. You would think for a field of behavior analysis, people would understand the behaviors in the workplace and how to create a more positive environment with more incentives. UPPER MANAGEMENT is mainly concerned with getting many billable hours and will hire literally anyone, then most new BT's just ghost the company when they realize the training is all videos and little support.
