      Open lines of communication between all employees, including supervisors and peers. Flexible schedule options available. They offer a salaried full time Registered Behavior Technician position. The ABA staff functions as a team and is enthusiastic to assist in any way or will redirect you to the appropriate person, if needed.

      Unspecified chain of command for specific clinics. Concerns are attempted to be resolved indirectly.

      Pros

      Great professional support, a lot of knowledgable people to learn from, paid time off, new health benefits, structured and predictable expectations, open-door policy of supervisors, fun events planned a few times a year for staff, great new clinic

      Cons

      Insurance requirements continue to change and cause more expectations for therapists and supervisors, some families are not as great to work with as others, detailed time sheet requirements, typical office gossip occasionally causes stress
