Gaslit about the pay and employees ability to discuss pay with each other. Pay varies so much and they disregard the work that each individual does with pay depending on their desperateness for more employees rather than the work they provide.

Management doesn’t do anything about employees not doing their job as a behavior therapist and instead running the center like it’s a day care, slacking off and not actually helping the kids
