Pros

-BCBAs are involved -great training if you have a good Center Operations Manager

Cons

- no lunch break while working - high turnover rate with management teams and RBTs - management team have alot of work so they are not available to watch your client for breaks -cleaning teams don't clean so you will get sick alot since always working with kids
