Pros

Truly, BI has been one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The Fort Worth- Alliance Location really cares about their employees and the staff love to hangout on a regular basis. While therapy is one-on-one, you are never on the floor alone. It is great to go to work everyday knowing that you’re coworkers and leadership have your back.

Cons

The turn over here was high but seems to be getting better! Inconsistency with hours was a problem in the beginning too. Overall, all the cons seem to be on an upward trend now. Great place to work!

Decent introduction into ABA

Pros

Good BCBA's and helpful co workers

Cons

Management was decent and training was so-so. You really don't understand ABA until you get on the floor, but we were not exposed to a variety of children therefore not exposed to a variety of conditions of kiddos on the spectrum during training. Hours are inconsistent as well. This is a problem with most aba companies though. Again, decent place to start, grab experience, and take elsewhere.

Pros

The receptionist was friendly and lax and the staff was very accommodating post partum with pumping. They also had a somewhat stable schedule.

Cons

Pay, training, eat lunch with the kids, and insurance notes.
