Pros

Good BCBA's and helpful co workers

Cons

Management was decent and training was so-so. You really don't understand ABA until you get on the floor, but we were not exposed to a variety of children therefore not exposed to a variety of conditions of kiddos on the spectrum during training. Hours are inconsistent as well. This is a problem with most aba companies though. Again, decent place to start, grab experience, and take elsewhere.

Pros

Paid training. My clinic had great management that supported us, but other locations may not have the same experience.

Cons

Pay is too low for the client case load and the needs of our clients.
