Pros

Working in a clinic is nice sometimes

Cons

They pay their employees WAY less than other companies in the area. The turnover rate is high for a reason. The company sees clients as dollar signs, not people. The good BCBAs leave within a year. The bad ones stick around (unless they get fired). There is favoritism. Some RBTs can come in and say that they don’t feel like working with a specific client that day. Then another therapist will have to take on the case. This is wrong for many reasons. HR will not respond if you try to email/call about your concerns. They get defensive if you discuss it in person. They also retaliate if you do this. You will get less hours, put on the most challenging cases, or even fired. This is not just my experience. That actually happened to multiple people at my center.
