-Culture - BCBAs are very helpful with positive feedback - staff for the most part helpful
Cons
- scheduling - sanitation - after voicing a concern on not being with a client and decreasing hours. The administrator still puts me on the case. - pay is not competitive - years of experience in ABA and 18 dollars starting hourly - promised on a 1:1 every month and still has happen after 5 months it only happens out of convince - scheduling is accommodated by filling the schedule - there is a lack of professionalism from staff at some points - you don’t get defense training with aggressive clients. They say CPR training is provided but not received. - overworked - breaks are short and certain days no break
