Great kids, but management retaliates when you bring concerns to compliance..

The kids were great to work with.

Cons

Management tried to get me to do unethical things and when I reported it they wrote me up in retaliation. Pay is very low. They do not give raises past a year. This creates high turn over of experienced employees.

The clients are the best and leadership is as supportive as they can be. Company will pay for your RBT certification.

Cons

Hours are very inconsistent and the pay isn’t much compared to other companies.
