Pros

The people at BI are so caring and supportive. This is a team environment where everyone pitches in - no job is too small. The company has a fun and inviting culture. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Cons

I can't think of any cons from my experience with BI thus far.

Pros

decent pay, cute kids, that’s it

Cons

Toxic work environment, greedy corporate company, terrible benefits, no employee appreciation at any time, no cancellation policy so if your client calls out last minute you have to go home and lose hours. Once i had 40 hours at the start of the week and by the time the week had ended I only had 28 hours. BCBA’s are unprofessional and even if you go to HR they won’t do anything with your complaints. This is one of the worst and most money hungry companies I have EVER worked with. There are definitely better places to work and I suggest you look elsewhere, anyone who works here is miserable constantly

Pros

If you are looking for a great entry level position as an intro to ABA therapy this company has a great interview and training process. The COM’s are always helpful and so are the BCBA’s.

Cons

It can be overwhelming if you aren’t prepared. It’s best to be realistic about your expectations especially if you’ve never worked with children on the Spectrum.
