CA with BI

Pros

BI is an inviting and fun place to work, employees are engaged and enjoy their day because they are passionate about the work we do.. As an Administrator, BI allows you to be creative and grow in your position, seeing full circle how you are making an impact from marketing/outreach to the center level with the children. With an expanding company, it has been fun working in multiple arenas and seeing your center grow. Positive environment for staff at the centers, upper management coming up with innovative strategies for career development for RBT/COM/BCBA.

Cons

Growing pains with a expanding company and with recent COVID
