Pros

I love working with with BI. since I have been hired Ive met with many wonderful families and Children. Having a few members of my family with mental disabilities it feels good personally to give back and help there Community.

Cons

I've already done so much with this company. They could hire more people.

Pros

Great environment and lots of room to grow. Management is super open and always willing to listen. Co workers are wonderful and make work so much more enjoyable. Working with clients I'd rewarding EVERY day, an every day is a new journey.

Cons

Can be physically tiring. But worth it

Supervisors do not charge for BCBA supervision hours which is really nice. They also provide great training.
