I have a lot of hours so my schedule is very busy.

Pros

Overall, working with BLN was a great experience I am very grateful for. The most important being the connections with my kids and staff that will last a lifetime. My supervisors have always been very supportive and offered constructive criticism. I felt I grew as a BT with the professionalism and support. The job can be challenging but equally rewarding. I was able to further advance my education and career by making connections with an LAUSD Speech Therapist.

Cons

The only con with any school job are unpredictable hours - school breaks, student call offs. The scheduling team was supportive in finding you coverage but call outs are sometimes done last minute.

They have a consistent schedule with your workload, amazing team members who work alongside you, overall one of the best experiences you can have.

Cons

HR AND STAFF ARE BULLIES. They make up up lies and has led to many people quitting and you cannot say anything because the admin are monsters and do not care to listen.
