At BLN, we strive to be transparent from the very beginning of the hiring process. Our compensation is well above the industry standard, and we clearly outline expectations for hours in both the welcome email and the offer letter, which are signed by all employees. While we do our best to provide as many hours as possible, it is communicated in writing that we cannot guarantee a set number of hours, as client needs and scheduling can vary.
As much as we would love to increase wages further, our ability to do so is limited by the reimbursement rates we receive. Nonetheless, we remain committed to providing competitive pay and a supportive work environment for all employees.
