      Pros

      Some managers were nice, schedulers were also very great, semi-flexible schedule on a Monday Wednesday Friday scale and Tuesday Thursday

      Cons

      Never told you what you were getting into before you excepted the client, HR never listens to your side of the story (document everything from the beginning to the end), training is sometimes not sufficient when covering another client, you will get hurt a few times in this job, will have you drive very far for a client

      Pros

      - All of the other RBTs and Supervisors are very friendly. They were always willing and able to help me if I had any questions. - Pretty accommodating, but only after you go through all the right channels (there are a lot) - Will try to find you hours if client cancels

      Cons

      - Extremely inconsistent hours (cancellations, covers, etc.) comes with the job, I guess - Big company, not a lot of interaction between co-workers - You have to answer to a lot of different people, so there is not one single person that would know your experiences and what you need help on - Sometimes asks me to work outside of my availability, or asks me to cover shifts 30min-1hr before session
