Pros

From the moment I started at BLN, I have received awesome training and supervision. I always feel supported by my supervisors and admin team. I truly feel like BLN cares about all of their employees and provides a caring Environment. I see myself here for a long time.

Cons

Working in a school setting means that hours have been drastically effected by COVID19 but management has been finding other ways to supplement hours.

Overall okay

Pros

Lots of training opportunities and learning involved

Cons

Short broken-up shifts. Often had 3-hour shifts and would have another 2-3 hour shift at multiple locations every day (multiple times a week). It would have been better to just work a full day at one school location.
