Pros

Bonuses are lower and lower. Benefit are barely a coverage of the workload and demands for little pay.

Cons

Management has failed the coporation, the turn over of employees speaks high volumes of management ethics. Management is in dire need of training and communicating with departments as well as their team. A major issues the company needs to address are co-workers over stepping their co worker relationships, by becoming overly friendly will married and family employees.

Pros

Behr is a great company! Definitely an industry leader in technological advancement in paint. The company wide drive to be successful is contagious.

Cons

Home Depot is the only purchaser of the products. Dealing with part time associates daily, who are not driven and act only as order takers, will diminish the brand. Slow decline ahead.
