Pros

Decent pay and 401k match

Cons

Have to be in the buddy system to get promoted. Management is a joke really good at covering up for buddies.

Pros

Nothing really stands out. The best part of the job was going home.

Cons

Horrible people. Very low pay. Old school thinking. Micro aggressions and management. Management blames everyone but themselves. Everyone there is a backstabbing scum. This place is not worth your health. Find a new company immediately. There’s a reason why their products are crappy and need Home Depot relationship to sell their horrible product.

Pros

Work/Life Balance. That’s about it

Cons

Outrageous sales expectations with the bare minimum delivered to help you succeed. They are more worried about being a best place to work in Orange County, than anything else. They should just go back to DIY and let the outside sales team go. They over promise, under deliver on wages. Last I heard, there has been no cost of living increases. The higher ups will always say “Record Setting sales year” but yet, no one received any more compensation. If you want to work for Behr, do it on the inside team or warehouses. The VPs are clueless and don’t know how to trust their people, just barking out orders and not actually understanding the sales process. Something needs to be done to correct all of the wrong doings, but that won’t happen. They want you to build a customer base that buys paint, but don’t give the employees any help or tools to do so.
