      - culture - co workers are like family - work life balance - pay and total compensation is fair

      Cons

      - management is lost - promotions only if youre in with the crowd and push the agenda - majority of people in company have lost interest and do not care - morale has become awful - a lot of people in company dont put company first - just push their agenda

      - Care about the people - Culture is good - Having a team to rely on

      Cons

      - Favoritism - Hard to move up in the company without networking (you could be good at the job but won't be seen as qualified if you don't know the right people) - Feeling micro managed by other team members that are not my boss. - They have kept the base pay the same for at least the last 5 years. (Is not a sustainable wage for the current economy) -Bonuses are way harder to meet with the current recession
