      Pros

      I've never seen a company with such a big heart. Lots of care and concern for employees, a fun group of people, and we are paid for any time we give back to the community. Growing company with lots of opportunities to grow from within. They offer a training and tuition reimbursement plan that can also be used to pay off student loans!

      Pros

      There is a sense that you are genuinely cared for, a lot of thought and attention to your needs as an employee and as a person. There is a lot of trust, care, and support for our lives outside of work as well as our professional input at work. The benefits are great and the pay is competitive! Also does a lot for charity/volunteerism, including reimbursing for pet adoptions.

      Cons

      It's a small company BUT it has a lot of contracts (approx 15) and has helped move people around to suit their career growth and interests.
