- great health care coverage - 401 k package is okay - opportunity to grow because their is a lot of work that needs to be done - people are great to work with

Cons

Culture - Very unorganized company - policies and procedures are not set in stone - peer reviews are a joke: peers can throw you under bus for no reason and give you a bad name - you will be ok as long as you go along with everyone not have a different opinion
