Pros
Flexible Schedule- The ability to make your own schedule is one of the highlights to the company. Balance your load and you can be successful. Pay and Compensation-Pay is fair and the compensation is fair. It is a company and needs to make money to exist. Belimed makes money, we make money. In four years my check has never bounced. Management-Always actively working many angles to improve quality of life and customer relations. To review them negatively, one truly needs to walk in their shoes. My Regional Director is why I believe we can succeed. People-The majority of employees are exceptional and will bend over backwards to assist with any problem. From Joe Mac to HR to IT to the shipping department, when I have had an issue it has been resolved. Again, I say walk a day in their shoes. I guarantee if someone has a problem resolving an issue it is because they came at it with the wrong approach and influenced the situation negatively.
Cons
Training-As with all companies going through this growth stage, training needs to be in the top five focuses for service. Accountability-Sometimes people just don't work out. Repeated problems in the same areas with attempts at RCA findings and process improvements that yield the same result may mean a reassignment needs to happen. Hiring-For field positions we can do better. The added work load of one technician position empty has a company wide impact.
