Good pay, company car, company phone, will train you if you do not know the health industry

Cons

Work life balance is not great Overworked Lack of standardized progression for promotion Lack of information on release of new equipment

Decent job with poor management

Pros

Company car, pays gas & parking supplies needed equipment good pay, paid for driving hours as well as hours actually working on repairs.

Cons

Management is disorganized, unhelpful leadership, plays favorites. Management will blame your for things beyond your control, ie ordered parts not, parts shipped late, faulty parts. Management would throw you under the bus. Poor initial training

Benefits are lacking

Great team and work life balance

Cons

Benefits are the bare minimum and insurance is ridiculously expensive with the highest deductible plans I’ve ever seen. The company should have more competitive benefits. They don’t offer a company discount portal for things like gym memberships, daycare service companies, mobile phones plans or anything like that. There’s no paternity leave. No bonuses for most employees.
