Pros

None when I was there. Still trying to think of some. Just needed a paycheck that's why I stayed.

Cons

CEO follows whatever the CFO says and does not think for himself. Too much work per person in the field. Travel is out of control on the road 5+ days per week. A lot of lying from the top down. All of the good people are leaving. All of HR has left and been replaced by the CFO with a HR director that is all about the bottom line and not caring about the employees.

Thank you for your feedback. While reading a post like this is always difficult, please be assured we take them very seriously. To work at any organization for 3 years just to collect a paycheck and not have the job satisfaction that motivates all of us is a sad thing. I assure you, the well being of all of our employees is core to all we do and who we strive to be as an organization. I am sorry we have failed to achieve that during your tenure and I apologize. I sincerely wish you much success as you move forward and again, appreciate the candid feedback. Sincerely, Joe.

Pros

Belimed has an awesome product...something that you can really be proud of supporting. The majority of the people in the organization are great to work with. Benefits are decent.

Cons

The company has so much potential. It is a shame that it is wasted on several individuals who are self-serving and do not appear to have the best interest of the company or their people at heart. The company's success is measured on quick "wins" not a long term, salient vision for success. If you are lucky or unlucky enough to stay with the company for more than a year, you will see a "restructuring" of some sort that will cause mass chaos below the executive leadership team - using the term leadership very loosely. Decisions are made in a vacuum without any real analysis for impact and success. Success is only achieved on the backs of hard-working employees who are assuming multiple roles with little support from the leadership team. Out in the field, technicians have little support from the home office, not because the home office won't help but because the home office does not have the proper support system and structure in place to help. Belimed is a revolving door. Turnover is higher than I have ever seen at any other company. Basically, don't get too comfortable with anyone because they (or you) may be gone in a month.
