      Stressful, not really worth the pay.

      Pros

      For the most part not micro managed. Could be a decent job if there was life balance. Ability to flex your knowledge of different trades. Can be rewarding if you are on your game. Decent overtime.

      Cons

      Poor life balance. stressful work load, not much training, high expectations from management. Too much data entry to close work orders. Management doesn't understand the stress nor do anything about it. High turnover. Thrown to the wolves.

      Pros

      Service employee's work well together and care about customer results.

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue about how overworked and unrealistic the expectations are on field service people. Work quality is second to customer happiness.
