Pros

Loose management style, loosely assigned territories to maintain equipment, plentiful overtime if you like, low insurance rates, company vehicle use.

Cons

Very hazardous environment to work in, charged for use of company vehicle that is full of company equipment, long hours behind the windshield, rotating management, below scale wages, high turnover rate, non standard, cheaply made equipment with poor documentation.
