Considers full time to be 30hrs, but you're lucky if you even get that. Can't use employee Discount unless you pay cash or use their Belk card. Credit/Debit cards apparently aren't good enough. Management is a joke. Employees are manipulative and constantly talk trash about each other. They will constantly push you to SELL their Belk card, and unless you work in one of the larger stores you're screwed. Everyone who comes in either already has one, or won't apply because they know it's a joke. Basically it's like working in a trashy high school environment.

Management is the worst. They don't stay in dress code, they make up their own dress code. They pick favorites and if u aren't one, they make your life hell. The push credits HARD on employees. They always tell employees that they aren't good enough. They yell and curse at employees in front of customers. They steal too! If it is a damage or return, they take it home. They entertain drama and gossip and make the work environment hostel.
