Customers are great! Good on working with you if time off needed for special occasions, etc.

Cons

Does provide materials needed to do your job: If something breaks, bridal registery/Belk,com, takes way toooo long to get repaired. Belk.com access on Bridal registry has been down for over 4 weeks, and not fixed yet, Salaries depend on sales per hour, but standing behind register and doing nothing but ringing, is EASY work. But the one who rings customers, but has to put up stock, move items from one place to another, cleans area, does pricing in dept. They are not appreciated!!!! But, without them, the place would be a pig stye. Management is soooo stressed out, they make stupid mistakes.
