      Pros

      Great employee discount. In store sales manager are very nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      hours are terrible at the holidays. Upper management is not realistic when it comes to store level daily function with the hours and number of people they employ at the store level.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere as far as independent work place. Management lets you do your work and complete your task without any micro-management.

      Cons

      Hard to get a raise since raises are soley based on how many sales you can can get in other words you better hope people come in to buy your product. The store where I worked apparently is the only store in its location that doesn't get the desired business. Also you better be good at conning people into opening credit cards because this is also another way to get a raise.

      Wonderful management. Overall, good pay.

      WAY to competitive when it comes to sales. Sometimes I was even left alone for 8-9 hours to take care of the whole juniors department. It was disappointing
