Pros
Well you determine pretty much what you get paid. Get your sells up and open credit cards, you can easily make a nice increase in pay. They don't do pay decreases that many other retailers do. They have a decent vacation, personal and sick time for full time workers. Also my healthcare is really competitive with other workplaces in my area. They also offer vision and dental.
Cons
Being retail, often hours during the holidays are not very family friendly. You get a lot of blackout dates. Also it's pretty much store dependent on how your work environment is.
