Pros

No micro management. Laid-back work environment. Great part time job for students or people who have another source of income. Discount is awesome and the managers are really nice. Decent benefits are offered.

Cons

Not the place for you if you are looking for a "career" in retail. Nearly impossible to move up the ladder. Barely pays enough to get by.
