      Bullying mentality trickles down from corporate to managers to sales floor. As a sales associate you are expendable at anytime for any reason. It doesn't Matter a whole lot if you have a good work ethic, are timely, and customer service Oriented to this company, just sell the credit card and you are golden. This is not The company for you if you need positive feedback. Employees are pitted against Each other for sales. Impossible unrealistic goals to set you up to fail. A revolving door of New employees no one seems to last. Favoritism abounds. I have been in Retail many years and this place is by far the worst job i have ever had. Good luck If you are considering working here you will need it!
