too much stress, not enough pay
Pros
we recieve a really good discount and the health insurance and benefits for full time employees are okay and some special perks if you meet goals. there are some employees that are there that are just absolutely wonderful and the fact that they have stood the test of time at that place is amazing. if it wasn't for them work there would have been way harder.
Cons
you have to worry about meeting skyhigh goals. every manager is on a different page. some associates are considered "favorites" and they are some of the worst employees to ever step through the door. the managers are only looking out for themselves and the store manager seems completely oblivious to his job. he likes to blow smoke up everyone's butt. they make it seem like a great place to work but it's not the greatest. Then corporate makes it to where it's literally impossible to get a raise. it makes it almost impossible to pay bills. this is a live from paycheck to paycheck kind of job.
