      Very professional atmosphere and the managers were good people.

      The pay is pretty sub-par, and the expectations of sales are a little far-fetched.

      One of the better "teen" jobs out there

      commission positions allow for huge commissions if you work hard (about 75% of my pay was commission) 20% off employee discount 4 times a year you get 40% off employee discount incentives for performance usually in the form of free stuff involved in several charities really good pay for a "teen" job (if you get a commission position). will hire with no experience.

      Cons

      not a lot of hours lots of "catiness" and drama when you go the extra mile for the company (pick up weekend shifts, fill in for call outs, volunteer to do extra inventory, and all the other stuff no one else will do) your efforts usually go unnoticed fake managers they advertise that they will work with your school schedule then schedule you on the days you have class lots of favoritism ignore employees new ideas threaten elderly employees with termination if they have to take off work for a substantial amount of time for medical procedures
