      To many buddy buddy managers. No one really cares if the associates have a complaint. Not even Human Resources.

      Pros

      It's a job. If I could find something else with the same pay or more pay, I would leave.

      Cons

      Too much pressure to open credit cards. They don't care how you get them. They process applications that have been declined over and over again. Literally making that person's credit worse than it is. The people who get the most credits get away with coming in late and doing whatever they want at work. If you haven't met your goal, you are pretty much mud on their feet. There is definitely favoritism in the store. They pretty much get to make their own schedule.

      -Good work climate -Kind co-workers -Adequate Pay -Opportunities to make more money (credit)

      Cons

      -If management in your department is "scatter-brained" it causes discrepencies between everyone from store manager to customer.. COMMUNICATE!!- effectively -high-turnover (bye friend or good worker) -low opportunity for growth in company -for part-timers like myself, not enough training in shoes.. i.e. shoe audit, floor display plan, etc...
