      Associates are really nice, and there are opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Holiday hours are hectic... told me I wouldn't work weekends, sometimes they have you work on weekends. shift is at 6am, so you have to get up really early.

      Pay is good, plenty of benefits for full and part time, fun contests and incentives, great way to meet people and establish clientele. Earn money for opening credit applications,

      management is not the best, no set schedule and hours for full time are rarely a full 40 for full time, and holidays are hard if you have a family. pay increases are once a year, unfairness and drama between coworkers about sales. tardy and absent policies, opportunity for advancement is rare because management does not leave,
