      Pros

      For those that perform well you will be recognized and promoted if YOU push for it. It does require self promoting but will happen if you prove yourself and want it. Company does a lot of good for their employees in tough situations and for the community. Friendly upper management willing to listen and ask for your ideas.

      Cons

      If you're not vocal of your desires you will go unnoticed. Not necessarily a con though. In today's economy you have to promote yourself.
