      Pros

      Good benefits. Some kind of work is better than none. Great co-workers!

      Cons

      Full-time Associates have to be flexible (availability 12am till 12am 7 days a week). No consideration if you want to go back to school to better yourself unless you start working part-time. They try to think of everything possible to lower your pay or to make sure you don't get a raise. You might get a few cents. I'm talking pennies literally.

      Pros

      Adequate support from management in important areas such as time off. Employees are treated fairly for the .most part regardless of sex, race or age.

      Cons

      Employees are set up to fail in regards to pay raises. The criteria for pay raises are unrealistic and unobtainable in some areas. Pay is inadequate for duties.

      Pros

      Good employee discount, flexible hours as far as school schedule and family time, and some management is really great.

      Cons

      Some of the other management is not so great, and management is promoted highly based on their relocatability. (willingness to move)
