Belk reviews

Where shall we start? I say we because I am speaking for five of us currently on what Belk calls "flex" meaning we don't even have the respect of part-time employees. It's a holidays and Belk is now hiring full-time temporary people to cover the holidays. Why aren't we given that full-time position? Our hours have been cut as low as 13 hours a week. Additionally it is a hostile work environment especially since the new manager came in
