Great employees and staff, the company frains away from recruiting just anyone. This company makes you feel like a family.

Cons

Upper management is not supportive and expects the most while not giving the tools or resources to succeed. We did have one of the best DM's in my career who was very involved and cared but unfortunately everyone above were office managers with no field support.

Multiple forms of training and tools available to grow. Pays well but better with experience. Good work life balance.

Cons

ALL positions in buying office, workload is heavy and can be stressful. If you're not great at extreme multiple tasking and not able to handle heavy workload, this job is not for you.
