      Pros

      I love the people I work with on the floor and most of the store management team. Some locations are easier to work at than others.

      Cons

      Family time/time off is almost non existent, especially during the holiday season (October through mid January). It's even harder for cosmetics associates because of gift with purchase timeframes and never ending "preorder" periods. In a 12 month span, cosmetics associates have a window of ****maybe**** 2 months total that you can actually take any time off. And if you don't get to take your time off, it does not rollover into the new fiscal year
