Micromanagement Not trusting leaders, but overseeing everything so the store leaders don’t really have ownership of their store and development gets halted Ie schedules overseen and approved by corporate associates who just follow an outline/script and no ability to make store by store decisions for the business

Return policy sucks! The fact that they take clearance returns back is so counterproductive. The whole point of clearance is to get rid of it..because of this the store has more clearance than actual stock. It’s not a good look for the store itself as well. That’s my biggest complaint!
