Will treat you like you have no experience No opportunity for growth in larger stores False promises about promotion Will keep you on the register every shift even if it doesn't align with your title Makes up a fake job and changes their mind about what the role does Will cut your hours and ask you to come in on days off if they need you If you request time off they will cut your hours that week They push way too hard for credit Management doesn't help get credits but expects employees to do all the work

Cons

Few chances to move up b/c lack of open roles. Belk returning to office- remote employees have to move to NC even if they never lived there before. Very little relocation help, Unaffordable to most-I am having to quit a job b/c of it.
