Management doesn’t care a their employees at all. Our A/C has been broken for at least 6 months and we’re all working in the heat, but they don’t care. Customers complain but they say that it costs too much to fix. And that’s just one example.

Beauty counter managers are lazy and do not support their counters, low pay, all management is abusive including counter managers, you essentially work for synchrony bank, you’re harassed daily to manipulate people into applying for a credit card, the attendance policy is unreasonable, store managers don’t resolve issues and just tell you “this isn’t happening what are you talking about” they also don’t care if someone in your family dies unless you’re a manager. Oh and they don’t let HR be in any meetings even if requested.
