      Pros

      You regularly get 20% off everyday however on scheduled days during the year they give you double discount so 20% and 20% you’re also able to use any coupons they have out if applicable

      Cons

      It’s a department store so if you work cosmetics you have to go pick up other departments in the store like women’s and children’s. They’ll also take you from your department to ring in others (so if you are cosmetics you lose the commission). Also shoe department must meet their sales goal before they start to make commission which is hard at times. You also have to ask permission to leave early if the weather is bad and usually management will say no

      Pros

      The other associates are the best people to work with. Everyone looks out for everyone. The entire staff is very helpful and sweet and try to work things out for the best of the associate and company.

      Cons

      Management is not always the best. They have a tendency to put their stress on others instead of focusing on what needs to be done and finished for the company.

      I really had to sit and think and ... there are none.

      Cons

      This is probably the worst company I have ever worked for. They care absolutely nothing for their employees. They use deceptive practices both with customers and staff. Planning my exit strategy just as many before me has. No work-life balance AT ALL!! They can care less about what you have going on. They use wording like "flexible scheduling" which really means you work when we need you only.
