I will says the harassment from the managers to open credit cards with the Belk clients.I so annoying,they ask you every 25 minutes if you open one.They don't care for how much did you sold or customer service they care just for the credit cards.If you open one or few you the best if you don't open you in trouble or maybe fired.Very pushy managers.

Expect to much from you manage okay but always had an attitude no one wants to work and can’t keep employees over work you and gets mad when something happens and you need a day off don’t pay for what they expect
